This is a playable creature known as a Mantis-Fin for the game 'Eidols'. In this video, you can see the first pass of the rig test. The model mesh is due to be edited along with the weight paints. However, the test shows off the fluid wiggle physics (which does not require keyframes or manual animation). They were made by me using Blender.
